1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled service. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for late cancellations.
2. Rescheduling Policy: First reschedule requires a $50 deposit that is fully refundable when you keep the new appointment. If you reschedule a second time, you forfeit the original $50 deposit and must pay a new $50 deposit for the next scheduled date.
3. Payment is due upon completion of service.
4. We accept cash, credit card, and digital payment methods.
5. All properties must be accessible and safe for cleaning.
6. Additional fees may apply for extreme cleaning conditions or extra services.
